The agreement reinforces the language of lack of work, a subject that is tormenting the healthcare sector. The agreement also includes a better planning language, benefits and a 2% salary increase per year of the three-year contract. The 2,458 local members working in the townships of Bruce County, Gateway Haven in Wiarton and Bruce Haven in Walkerton ratified a new collective agreement on April 11.
